The conversion and equipment assisted with the
grant will allow the company to produce a range of different
products from fish fillets, skinned fish and other add value
products to both the UK and European markets.
In addition the company hope to expand their
range of species offered to customers, so supporting the fish
catching sector diversifying away from stocks under pressure to less
well known fish. At least ten jobs will be created by the project
over the next two years.
